Can my order be gift wrapped?
All Palmetti Jewellery is presented in a pink cotton drawstring pouch and we can enclose a complimentary Palmetti gift bag with your purchase. Please let us know if you would like one.

We are stocked at Florence Clothing & Homeware based at the Chocolate Frog GU35 9JA in Oakhanger, Hampshire.
Shipping & returns
How long do UK orders take to ship?
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery on orders over £100 are free of charge.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, or Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 depending on the option selected a checkout.
Orders placed on after 1:00 pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next working day.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that this delivery address is correct.

What is your return policy?

We cannot give refunds for pieces that have been worn or show any signs of damage.

Caring for your Palmetti Jewellery
Thank you for purchasing a piece of our beautiful jewellery.
Our Pieces are made with carefully selected semi-precious Gemstones and 18k gold plated charms. With care your jewellery will last longer. To protect these and extend the lifetime of your product please read below.
Take your jewellery off if you are involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off to keep it safe.
Avoid unnecessary overstretching of the elastic on the bracelets.
Do not submerge in water, e.g. swimming or bathing. Sea Water will corrode the elastic and dull the beads and charms.
Take off when you go to bed.
Keep away from chemicals - especially chlorine.
Bathe and apply any lotions or perfumes before you put on your jewellery. Organic gemstones are particularly vulnerable to acids, even perspiration.
Store it separately, ideally in the soft lined bag, so that your favourite pieces don't tangle, rub or scratch one another.
Remove Jewellery whilst cooking and cleaning.
When storing jewellery, please keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions.
